About Rostrium

Rostrium is the AI operating system for recruitment agencies. It gives an agency one place to manage its clients, jobs and candidates, screen applicants with AI, share shortlists with clients, and invoice placements, instead of stitching together WhatsApp, Excel, email and a separate invoicing tool.

What Rostrium does

• Clients, jobs and the candidate pipeline for recruitment agencies, with a client portal for shortlist review.
• AI resume parsing and fit scoring with a documented method, plus discovery across an agency’s whole candidate database.
• AI screening calls that tell the candidate they are talking to an AI and return a transcript and scored evaluation.
• Email follow-up sequences, assessments, campus drives, reports and placement invoicing with GST handling.
• A public jobs board where agencies publish roles for candidates to apply to directly.

Rostrium is a platform, not an employer

Roles on the Rostrium jobs board are posted by recruitment agencies and always name the agency that is hiring. Your application goes directly to that agency. Rostrium itself occasionally advertises its own openings, and those are labelled as posted by Rostrium.

Who builds it

Rostrium is founded and built by Rishav Jain in Kolkata, India, who has spent nine years leading operations, customer experience and service delivery for large teams. It is built for recruitment agencies, primarily in India.
