The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively, building trust and loyalty that keeps customers coming back. You will lead and motivate a team, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, and act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and confidence. We are looking for someone with at least three to five years of relevant retail or operational management experience, a track record of meeting targets, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
